Kejutsu
Kenjutsu-KanjiKenjutsu literally means "sword-art" or "sword-technique." It refers to the Japanese warrior arts, based on the sword, that were created and developed in medieval Japan.

A classical school of Kenjutsu was more like an officer's training academy and finishing school. This is where the samurai sent their younger generation to be trained for combat and command.

Students were taught the use of all the classical samurai weapons in personal combat, as well as in larger engagements (between companies of troops). Students were also taught the appropriate rituals of conduct (etiquette), which served the dual purposes of helping to ensure the safety of their respective
lords and also allowed the sai to function appropriately in noble society.
